123Telecom Broadband services
are designed for business customers who expect more. We offer a high quality
service backed by professional technical support from networking specialists.
We also offer advanced options such as Bonded Broadband and Fault Tolerance.
Our fastest Broadband
services are ADSL2+, which connects with an upload speed of 1Mb and a download
speed up to 24Mb. This service is currently available from 1000 UK telephone
exchanges with your download speed being determined by your distance from
the exchange.
Most of our Broadband
services can be made Fault Tolerant using DualRoute, a product which
is unique to 123Telecom. The DualRoute router includes embedded
mobile phone HSDPA+ (3G) internet connectivity which automatically connects
if any problem is detected on the primary broadband connection.
All broadband products
include a free fixed IP address as standard and complex configurations such
as multiple fixed IP addresses and/or custom public DNS entries are available
on most products.
Business Broadband
Lite - £23 per month
Business Broadband Lite
is a “bundled product” which is only available to customers who also choose
an annual 123Telecom calls and line rental contract. If the Lite usage limit
(2GB) is exceeded, you will be charged an additional £2 per GB. If
your invoice exceeds £26, your account will automatically be upgraded
to Business Broadband Standard.
The Lite product is not
available with any advanced user options such as Multiple IP addresses, DualRoute
3G Backup or ADSL Bonding.
Business Broadband
Standard - £28 per month
Our main business broadband
product is Business Broadband Standard, which has a typical download speed
of between 5-6Meg and an Upload speed close to 400K. This is an uncapped
service
with
a 50GB fair usage policy. 123Telecom reserve will charge an extra
£1 per GB if this is exceeded.
Business Broadband
Premium - £39 per month
Business Broadband Premium
has a typical download speed of between 5-6Meg and an Upload speed close
to 800K. This
is an uncapped service with a 50GB fair usage policy.
123Telecom will charge an extra £1 per GB if this is
exceeded.
Business Extreme
100 - £89 per month
Business Extreme 100
has a typical download speed of between 5-6Meg and an Upload speed close
to 800K. This is
an uncapped service with a 100GB fair usage policy. 123Telecom will charge
an extra £1 per GB if this is exceeded.
Business Extreme
200 - £155 per month
Business Extreme 200 has
a typical download speed of between 5-6Meg and an Upload speed close to 800K. This
is an uncapped service with a 200GB fair usage policy. 123Telecom will charge
an extra £1 per GB if this is exceeded.
Business ADSL2+
(24Meg Max) - £39

is currently available from 1000 UK telephone exchanges. It has a typical
download speed
of 10-14Mb and an Upload speed of 1Mb. Other advantage of ADSL2+
is the ability to supply services up to 1km further away from the exchanged
compared with standard ADSL. This
is an uncapped service with a 75GB fair usage policy. 123Telecom will
charge an extra
£1 per GB if this is exceeded.
Note that ADSL2+ requires routers and filters designed for the new standard and these are available from 123Telecom for around £50 including wireless (Wi-Fi) access.
Business Extreme
150 ADSL2+ (24Meg Max) - £99 per month

is currently available from 1000 UK telephone exchanges. It has a typical
download speed of 10-14Mb and an Upload speed of 1Mb. Other advantage of
ADSL2+ is the ability to supply services up to 1km further away from the
exchanged compared with standard ADSL. This is an uncapped service with a
150GB fair usage policy. 123Telecom will charge an extra £1 per GB
if this is exceeded.

Business Extreme
300 ADSL2+ (24Meg Max) - £179 per month

ADSL2+ is the ability to supply services up to 1km further away from the
exchanged compared with standard ADSL. This is an uncapped service with a
150GB fair usage policy. 123Telecom will charge an extra £1 per GB
if this is exceeded.

DualRoute Option - £19 per month
All our ADSL Broadband
services except Lite can be upgraded with DualRoute fault tolerance
- a product unique to 123Telecom. This service is perfect for companies for
whom
living
without the web or email is not an option.
DualRoute requires an advanced router which includes an integral HSDPA (3G) datacard and 123Telecom 3G Sim. SDSL Broadband
Our SDSL service operates at 2MB in both directions with contention ratio options of 1:1, 5:1 or 10:1. Since ADSL2+ is considerably cheaper then SDSL, the requirements for SDSL are becoming extremely niche; however SDSL is there if you need it.
