123Telecom are a high quality Telco dedicated to serving Business, Local Authority and Charity customers. Our independence enables us to offer the best price / performance in the industry by selecting the most appropriate tier-1 network(s) for each client.

Call pricing has been fundamental to the success and growth of 123Telecom. Our policy has always been to deliver a quality tier-1 service at a price which others find hard to beat.

We know that the majority of serious business customer will be looking to save at least 5% compared with their incumbent provider and 123Telecom always aim to surpass this basic expectation with typical savings of 10% to 40%.

  • No access code required - We use Carrier Pre Select (CPS)
  • Calls service for Analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30 & FeatureLine
  • Routing over multiple tier-1 backbones if require

Premium Calls Service over BT

123Telecom are one of a handful of Telco's who are able to route 100% of a customers calls over BT - No other Least Cost network is involved. The quality of this service is therefore identical to being a direct BT customer because you are only using the BT network. Our call charges for this option are typically 10% higher than our other Tier-1 backbones, however our fair billing policy still applies (see below).

Our low pricing policy often causes potential clients to ask where's the catch? Many of our competitors have "hidden charges" but 123Telecom apply our fair billing policy to all our customers.

123Telecom prices are aggressive. We often bid for large contracts in the UK telecommunications industry and it is therefore not surprising that competitors often call us to ask for our rates!

We are here to serve genuine customers who are seriously looking to reduce their telephone costs. We will therefore not discuss our rates with anyone who refuses to give their name, their company name and address, their main office landline telephone number and a genuine non-generic email address.

Other information such as a copy of your most recent telephone bill with some call itemisation will also assist us with delivering the best quote possible.
